Founded on the Three Fs Model—Food, Feed, and Fertilizers—the company integrates the cultivation of Spirulina and Azolla with poultry farming, creating an eco-friendly, closed-loop farming system. This integrated model emphasizes waste reduction, nutrient recycling, and environmental sustainability, addressing key agricultural challenges in Rwanda. Implemented an Azolla-based poultry farming system, producing healthier chicken and eggs with reduced reliance on commercial feeds.

• Sustainable Fertilizer Production:

Developed a fertilizer line using byproducts from algae farming, contributing to soil restoration and sustainable crop production.

• Market Expansion:

Launched Spirulina and Azolla-based products in the Rwandan market, earning certification from the Rwanda Standards Board and approval from the Ministry of Health.
